  • Capacity Building Programs to unleash
    the potential of our youth

    Set up by the Moroccan Government, through the National Human Development Initiative launched by His Majesty King Mohammed VI may God Glorify him, as well as the Wilaya of Marrakech-Safi, the Marrakech-Safi Regional Investment Center, the Ministry of Labor and Professional Integration, and ANAPEC, in partnership with the World Bank, this project comes to revolutionize with an innovative approach, the existing devices of employability and access to entrepreneurship.
    This project implements an innovative approach to improve the economic integration of young people in Marrakech-Safi, which was chosen to be the pilot Region for the deployment of the Programme. It adopts an integrated and territorial approach that supports two objectives:

Investir dans la population jeune pour qu’elle soit prête à s’insérer dans le marché du travail, avec les compétences et les expériences requises.

Dynamiser l’écosystème entrepreneurial et dans des chaines de valeur à fort potentiel pour la création d’emplois.

  • Une jeunesse talentueuse, accompagnée dans le cadre du Programme d’Insertion Economique des Jeunes

    Le Programme Insertion Economique des jeunes vient répondre aux besoins d’une jeunesse âgée entre 18 et 34 ans , afin d’améliorer ses accès aux opportunités et lui permettre de libérer son plein potentiel.

    Le programme prévoit des instruments d’orientation, encadrement et formation, pilotés et dispensés par les institutions partenaires chargées de l’exécution des programmes, par conséquence, un jeune désireux d’acquérir les compétences adéquates pour trouver un travail, peut se rendre à l’un des Espaces Emploi Jeunes géré par l’ANAPEC ou s’inscrire à une formation qualifiante ou encore à l’une des formations par apprentissage proposée par la DRFP, pour celles et ceux portant une fibre entrepreneuriale, les CAEDELS ou le programme régional d’appui à l’entreprenariat, sont là pour dynamiser l’ensemble de l’écosystème et répondre aux besoins des porteurs de projets.
